In my spare time, you would often find me nurturing my plants, engaging in various craft work, or exploring my spiritual side.

My interest is in MSK conditions, however I also enjoy nail and skin appointments too. Having retired from my rugby career back in Scotland, I can appreciate sporting injuries and the importance of getting athletes back to their prime.
