The experience gained since becoming a Foot Mechanics employee has been paramount to my continued growth as a clinician and Lead Podiatrist.

No other Podiatry group are able to offer me the career opportunities that Foot Mechanics can offer me right now. I have chosen to become a Lead Podiatrist specializing in biomechanics and sports medicine. As part of the employee development program there has always been support when I have asked for it and guidance when I have needed it. 

I am comfortable in the knowledge that my career path does not have to stop at a clinical level. Opportunities exist in the company to grow into different roles and to take my career to a new level.  I am currently excited by the prospects of owning my own Foot Mechanics clinic and will be working towards this.
