Christmas Function - Rotorua, 10 December 2011
Hi Team, welcome to our Christmas Function for 2011!
This year we will be hosting you in Rotorua for an afternoon of lighthearted fun followed by some food and drinks together. We have arranged accomodation for those who will be staying and partners are welcome to attend the dinner and drinks. If partners require accomodation they are very welcome and we may ask for a small contribution - just fill out the form asap and we can make bookings and work out costings.
We would encourage you to carpool for the day and it would be great if you can stay.
You will need to be dressed casually (yes, you may get a little wet or a little dirty depending on how you approach things). Please ensure your cellphones are charged as you will need to be able to take photos along the way to be downloaded from your phone before the dinner. Bring along something to swim in as there are natural heated mineral pools, a hotwater beach and a stream onsite if you are keen. For those of you who want to taste the local nightlife you may want to bring along some flash gears for hitting the town... thats probably as much as I can give away at this stage!!

4-5pm Anticipated Finishing time for teams
5-6pm Chillout time - settle into accomodation
6pm Team BBQ starts
7pm Prizegiving and awards
10pm Hit the town...
